AccurateW6 Wellsite Solutions Ltd.("AccurateW6", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client operations dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to accuratew6.caand related subdomains (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone, company, and the contents of your message when you reach out to us.
Dashboard account information. If your organization uses our operations dashboard, we collect name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), organization/role, and sign-in activity, in order to provision and secure your account, including a one-time email code used for two-factor authentication.
Operational data. Wellsite, unit, and gauge readings (pressure, temperature, flow) that you or your devices submit to the dashboard for monitoring and compliance reporting. This data relates to equipment and sites, not individuals.
Audit logs. For security and accountability, the dashboard records who performed key actions (e.g. creating a site, changing a unit's state) and when.
Cookies & similar technology. We use strictly functional cookies only: a signed session cookie to keep you signed in, a two-factor verification cookie, and a display-preference cookie (light/dark mode). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
2. How we use information

- We do not sell personal information, ever.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms — for example, our cloud hosting provider, database provider, and file storage provider. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AccurateW6, our clients, or others.
