Terms of Service
Effective June 24, 2026. The terms that govern your use of our website and dashboard.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AccurateW6 Wellsite Solutions Ltd.("AccurateW6", "we", "us") website and client operations dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AccurateW6 provides wellsite regulatory inspection and compliance testing services to oil & gas producers, and operates a client dashboard that surfaces gauge readings, site/unit records, and compliance-related reports (including SCVF-style evaluations) to support, not replace, your organization's own regulatory obligations and judgment.
2. Accounts & access
Dashboard access is invite-only and provisioned by AccurateW6 or an authorized administrator within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and two-factor codes, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@accuratew6.ca if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if your organization's service agreement with us ends.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access data, sites, or accounts belonging to another organization.
- Don't probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the Service's security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Don't submit false, manipulated, or misleading readings or records through the ingestion API or dashboard.
- Don't use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Compliance responsibility
Reports, evaluations, and data presented through the dashboard are tools to support your compliance work. Your organization remains solely responsible for its own regulatory filings, decisions, and compliance with the BC Energy Regulator or any other applicable authority. AccurateW6's field services remain governed by the separate service agreement or work order between AccurateW6 and your organization.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by AccurateW6 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization's internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the dashboard.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Sensor and satellite-derived data may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccurateW6 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you or your organization paid AccurateW6 for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
